@cadey At work we used to use a tool called “Empire” that emulated the Heroku deployment process and it was such a wonderful dev experience.

@cadey 200% agree. I started using Heroku for various web app since 2013 (It is still convenient today for small prof of concepts).

But from a user point of view, since 2013 I saw absolutely nothing new and interesting for me. Even the support of Poetry in the Python buildpack is something that will never happen. I check the issue and various related PR on GitHub since years.

I can not know what's happening behind the walls, but it's easy to feel it from outside.
